Good afternoon, on 05/05/25 I went in to get my car serviced. From the time I walked in Wendy greeted me with a smile. She was on a call and let me know she would with me soon. Kindness and a smile goes a long way. She gave me estimate have how long it would be. I sat and watched Judge Judy and checked emails until my car was done.Everything was explained to me and I was on my way. It was a great. Wendy is what customer service should be 🤗 (correction)

Brought my car in for a CX-70 recall, fast and efficient service!

The woman who had was helping me kept in touch about where things stood, offered to take me home, and explained what was done. I really appreciate the video allowing me to see what needed doing.

The whole experience was very pleasant, no pressure and also surprisingly fast. With that being said, fast yet thorough. They took their time to explain to me any and all questions or concerns I had. I give my sales person Ms. Anahi and Manager Mr. Don Ramos and Micheal Allen the utmost respect for making this a pleasurable experience. I had a wonderful experience at the dealership! I made an appointment prior to the visit and my car was taken back to the mechanic immediately after I arrived. The mechanic made a video of his inspection results and a link was sent to my cellphone. I waited for my car in the lounge, which was stocked with beverages and snacks. The car was washed after the service, and they did a great job. Wendy, my service advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Riverside Mazda!!!

Amazing service, and the videos are so helpful. I found out I have rodents hanging out in my engine bay because of the tech doing a video and doing a thorough check even when it was just an oil change.

Entire experience was so easy. No pressure and everything was completed the same day and the car was even delivered! Luna was great to work with!

Wendy was great she offered me several choices of whether to wait or get an uber home while waiting for the diagnosis. I decided to wait and she offered me the wifi while i worked on my laptop. She was already proactive in ordering the part for me in case they didnt have it on hand but fortunately they did and after a few hours I had my car back.

Mazda riverside took care of me as soon as Lary opened the door for me. Lary was amazing, funny, great energy, had awesome style and honest. Made my family and I feel comfortable with the decision to buy my lease. Mazda Mike was my financial guy and boy they hit the mark with personality here! Super welcoming right off the back, and making paperwork actually fun is a hard task, but Mazda Mike made time fly bye with jokes and great vibes! This location is the only one I will go to now.
